My great-grandmother was Christina/Christian Blair Burwell
Eaton, married Dr. Thomas Heber Jackson from Baltimore. Her father was William Eaton from Granville County, NC. We are trying to figure out who her mother was-I get several names. We are pretty sure she is descended from Armisted Burwell and probably Lewis-but which of Lewis's wives.
I hope you can help. My brother and I are in possession of C. Burwell's silver tea service buried during the Civil War and a beautiful sampler, early 18oo's made by Kitty Blair Burwell. I hope you can hope. Thanks!
