Surnames: Buxton, Dash, Tarver
I am looking for information on Charles or Martin Charles Buxton, born about 1811 in North Carolina or possibly Louisiana. He owned land in Clarke County, Al. and died about 1846. He was married to Catherine, possible last name Dash, who remarried John Tarver after Charles' death. Charles had 2 sons, one was my gggrandfather, Martin C. Buxton. I would appreciate any help because I am really at a dead end with him.
