Can anyone trace the descendants of Jan Cornelius Buys living in or near Columbia County NY in the early to mid 1700's?

I am looking for the ancestors of "Rudolph Buys" who was born somewhere near Columbia County NY between 1740 to 1750. I have found him to be living at Livingston Manor in the Granger/Taghkanic area of Columbia County between 1767 to at least 1799.

I highly suspect he is a descendent of the Hendrick Buys/Willentje Oosterum family tree, which are descendants of the
Adriaen Pieterszen BUYS/Tryntje Hendrickie Oosterum family tree. I have traced several descendants of this tree to
Columbia County in the Germantown/Claremont/Livingston areas, living there at the same time as Rudolph Buys.
