In researching the family line of Hannah Blakely Hyzer (1880-1961) I came across a Cathrina or Catherine Buys, who was born in or around 1729 and married Pieter Hyzer. Some records also show that she was married to a Cornelius DuBois, but I suspect that this is actually a different woman. Can anyone shed some light on this situation? I'm also curious as to whether she had 2 or 3 children with Pieter; I've seen indications of both. Thank you.
