I honestly don't know if we are related in any way, but it would be nice to locate some family.
My Father was Waldemar Caban. He had been in the Air Force. His Father was Manuel Caban (born in 1898).
both were born in Aguadilla. As I understand it, my Grandfather, Manuel, had 2 or 3 wives before he died in 1962. Two of
them were named Ana (Anna?). There were other sons, some of whom were named:
Setulio (nicknamed Jujo), Abram, Ernesto, and Manuel. I don't know which Mother they were born to.
The family relocated from Puerto Rico and had lived in Brooklyn. Ernesto was married to Elsie and
they had a number of children. I believe that each of the brothers had at least one son a piece which
they named, respectively, after themselves.

My Father Mother broke up and he eventually returned to Puerto Rico; I think he went to Camuy.
I did not have contact with him, but I learned that he died in 1970 (from cancer I think).
He might have had other children. If so, I've never met any, but would like to.
