I found out that my father Santiago Caban's Mother, Manuella and my fathers grandfather are from Aguadilla Also. My father says that most of his family was born in Aguadilla or Moca a town close to Aguadilla. My father says that his grandfather was from African decent. My father does not recongnize the name Waldemar. He did know that there are alot of Cabans in the New York area. My Dad was born around the year 1938 or 1939.
