Are you a descendant of Pedro Cabán Lugo, who was born in Lares, Puerto Rico? He was a policeman around 1904. He was born circa 1880. His mother was Evarista Cabán Lugo, and he supposedly had three other siblings: Galeno, Pablo and Adela. He went away from Lares and his family never heard from him again.
