@jzawack_1 - Shalom, please try Lodz, Poland. That's where it seems my family is originated from. They were Rabbis there and killed during the Holocaust. I agree with others that no, I have no record of Spain (now there are a few in Spain and although since the 1490 Expulsion of the Jews, it's hard to trace that back but I did go back to the 1300 for my dad and they were merchants that travel the "Silk Trade Route") but they are from France, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Triese-Italy, Lipsk-Poland, Stanislaw-Poland.
