Message: I don't know if this will help me or someone else trying to locate our family origins, but this is my family as given to me by my aunts and uncles at our family reunion on Aug.5,2000 in Orlando,FL . My mother's name is Isabel Caban, her father was Felix Caban Caban, his father was Juan Caban Quiles and his mother was a cousin named Maria Caban Perez,his father was Gregorio Caban Quiles and his mother was Simona Perez. According to my family almost anyone named Caban could be related because they all had large families,but we are from San Sebastian although they say we had relatives from Lares,Moca,Arecibo. My grandfather's sibllings were Juanito born in 1893 and died in 1997 his chilren were,Efrain,Ismael,and Luisa. Severiano who married Matilde Arcelay and had two children.
