Surnames: Cabbage, McPhetridge
My husband is a descendant of Jacob Cabbage, b. approx. 1794. He m. Frances Bolton, b. approx. 1798, Feb. 7, 1818 in Grainger County, TN. They had a daughter, Jemima, b. December 18, 1832, who married Alexander McPhetridge Oct. 19, 1854. Does anyone have any additional information on these Cabbages? (Other children of Jacob on the 1850 census include Russel and Perlina) Who is Jacob's father, and where was Jacob born? Thanks.
