I am a friend of Wellington Hernando Cabezas, also known as Carlos Perez. I have read your message about Giani as well as the message from Wellington's daughter. I am anxious to share more and learn more. Keep in mind, Carlos was my dearest friend in 1986-87 before we parted. We were both in prison. I went in in 1985 and got out in 1994. Since then I have not heard from Carlos. I never knew where he went when he got out. He was like a brother to me for the short time we spent to gether. I know that he loved his children, and I believe that he would be close with me today if he were here with us. I was shocked to learn of his death, and to learn about Giani.
