Lucia CABIBBO (dau. of Stefano CABIBBO and Carmela LISSANDRELLO), m. Santa CRISCIONE, 20 Aug. 1791?, Ragusa, 1641390, #47.

Natale CABIBBO (dau. of Filippo CABIBBO and Antonia BATTAGLIA), m. Croce LISSANDRELLO, 17 June 1748, S. Giorgio, Ragusa-Ibla, p. 17.

Giummarra

My Grandmother born 1884 named Raffaela Giummarra, married Giuseppe Sola in Ragusa Inferiore. There are many families of Giummarra. Her mother was a Nunzia Scrofani, the next generation was Accaputo, Salvadore. My Grandmother was one of 11. If any of this is of interest I would like hearing from you. P.S. My grandmother's uncle was the founder of the Giummarra Vineyards of California. Salvadore Giummarra.

My mother, Josephine FLEMING, nee GIUMMARRA, had given me the following information:

In MARINA DI RAGUSA, SICILY, my grandmother, Ida (Jennie) GIUMMARRA nee CABIBBO was born in 1901, and married my grandfather Salvatore GIUMMARRA (b. Oct.15, 1896, RAGUSA, SICILY, died 1974, PATERSON, NJ). Children born in Paterson, NJ were Joseph, John, Josephine, Carmella (Millie), and Susan.

Salvatore's father was John GIUMMARRA who married Josephine MAZZA. They had at least four children. 1 son moved to Syracuse, NY. and two daughters remained in SICILY.

Ida (Jennie) GIUMMARRA nee CABIBBO, had four siblings, John, Rose, Salvatore, and Francis. Her parents were Joseph CABIBBO and Carmella CABIBBO nee FIRRINCIELI. Rose married George TUMINO, and Francis married OCCHIPINTI.

My GGrandfather Joseph CABIBBO's father was Vincent CABIBBO.

My GGrandmother Carmella CABBIBO nee FIRRINCIELI's parents were George FIRRINCIELI and Rosario FIRRINCIELI nee BATTAGLIA.
