While researching Lutheran church records from Zeyer, W. Prussia, found an extensive death entry for a "French soldier prisoner, an Italian... Benvenuti Gio. Caccitore," b. 27 sep 1784 in the 'Adiratic Departement', son of Antonio and Maria Nicolo. He died 30 Oct 1813, buried there on 1 Nov. There is information on his military unit, as well.

Hope this information will be useful to someone researching the family name, as he died so far from home and one would never find the record.
