George W. is not my direct ancestor but thanks for supplying the info. A decade ago, I spent a whirlwind afternoon at the Bloomfield Library and copied 10+ pgs of Cadmus family material. The articles were written in the early 1960's by historian Herbert A. Fisher for the local newspaper. The anecdotal info is interesting & I'd be glad to send it to you. I'm still a novice at family research and would appreciate a few suggestions as to avenues for further fact finding. Babs
