Edo Vreeland Cadmus was born 11 May 1837 in Dundee Lake, Bergen, NJ, the son of David Cadmus and Margrietje Vreeland of Acquackanonk. Edo Vreeland Cadmus married 14 Jan 1869 to Catharine Stagg, born 24 April 1845 in Preakness, Passaic, NJ, the daughter of John C. Stagg and Bridget Romeyn.
