Frank's father was Christopher Lewis Cagley, son of Levi, son of Johannes C. Kegley (who became John Cagley). They started in Wythe Co., VA, moved to Johnson Co., IN, where Christopher was born, moved to IA. I have the mother's name as Mary Ellen Ritz. This was all compiled by Marion C. Cagley and also by Merrill and Maxine Cagley.
