Theodore F. "Teddy" Cairns, 71, of Stowe Township, died Friday, Jan. 23, 2009. Beloved husband of Karen; loving father of Theresa Ann Cairns; dear grandfather of Anthony James; brother of Thomas Cairns, Charlotte Warman, Ina Nation and the late David Cairns Jr., Liz Burgess and Vena Lynch. Also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at MCDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME INC., 334 Forest Grove Road, Kennedy, where a blessing service will be held at 4 p.m. Tuesday. Ted's family extends gratitude and appreciation to the IMC unit staff at Ohio Valley Hospital for their loving care.
