My grandfather, Charles Christopher Columbus Cairo (he was quite proud of his name!), was born in 1891 in Kansas City, Kansas of a Frank Cairo. I cannot seem to find anything further than Frank, except that his father was born before 1836 in France. I would love to know if anyone here is related to me or my grandfather.

Frank Cairo was born in Kentucky in 1854 and died in Kansas City (unk). He was married to Lina or Lena Hahn, 1961. They did live in Doniphan, KS or MO. Frank's father was born before 1836 in France, but I'm not sure where I got that info and it may not be correct.

Charles "Charley" had siblings Mary Cairo, Harry Willis Cairo and John "Jonnie" Cairo. Charles was married to Frances Laura Carroll and they lived in Atchison, KS. Charles died in 1963.
