I have recently purchased the house owned by Aralzaman and Ph[o]ebe Calaway between 1880 and 1900, in Austinburg, Ohio. I've pretty well established that the house was built in 1879, and they bought it from the builder in 1880, when the property records show that he sold 100 ac in the township and bought this half-acre piece in the village. Aralzaman would have been 79 at this point, Ph[o]ebe 38 or 39 and as the unmarried youngest child, probably keeping house for him.
I'd be very interested in information about the family, and in particular photos of father and daughter.
