I am going to send you my file on the Cale lineage. I am afraid I haven't documented it yet and really don't like to send information without documentation. But as far as I know it is accurate. I connect with the Cale line through the McGriff's of Preble County, Ohio and that is where the Cale and McGriff lines connect. When Mary (McGriff) Dupy and her husband John Dupy, my gggrandparents came to Lee County, Iowa around 1853 that is when Joseph Cale and Effie McGriff, his wife and a sister of Mary McGriff, came, too. They are buried in the Montrose Cemetery which lies in Montrose, Lee County, Iowa on the Mississippi River. I don't know if they were Mormons or not, but a lot of family members who came to Lee county, Iowa in my lineage were, I will have to check on that.
