I don't have much info. I am trying to find more about my Caleb. I have a Hannah Eliz. Caleb born 1807 married to my 5th grandfather William Clayton McCool b. 1799. I have records that say her parents were James and Hannah Caleb. They were from Cecil County, Maryland. That is all I have. I think they were from the Blackbird Area.

There is a family bible I saw on Ebay. It has entries from 1869. The names inside are listed as Caleb, West, Almira, and Hartman. I did write the item number down. It is 1492836870. If it is yours you might want to look into it. Good Luck

Caleb

I was born a Caleb. My family roots are from the Carribean Islands they were owner and operated sugar plantations and refineries and rum distiller. My Carribean information came from the Jamaica Archives. I find my great-Uncle's birth records showing the birth of his other siblings. My grandfather came to New York as a skilled carpenter and stone cutter. He had 12 children only 6 of which lived to adult age. My Uncle Abram (his son) owned and operated a clothing manufacturing plant in Jamaica and New York. My Aunt Christabelle Caleb James (one of his daughters)was a Fashion Designer under Edith Head as well as Coco Channel. I just find outside of my small Caleb Clan there are so very few so I am just amazed when someone ask if any one knows about the Caleb. Well with my family my Great-Grandfather had 11 or 12 children each born 2-3 years apart so these look like planned pregancies. I have Cable's, Woodley's as well related to the Caleb Clan. I hope this info helps someone.
