Searching for information on John Callahan. He married Charity (Chatty) Amanda Westing in the late 1800's. They had 1 son, John Stanley Callahan born March 31, 1899...died July 1960. They lived in Salem, Mo. and eventually moved to Oklahoma where John was a County Judge. My grandfather John Stanley married Lois Smith in the 30's and they had 1 daughter Saundra Jean (my mother). My sister has been doing some research on the Callahan's. She and my mother traveled to Salem where they met some relatives by the name of Seay (?)...pronounced 'say'. Let me know if you have any info on these Callahan's...it all gets SOOOO confusing...ha!
