Amelia Co., VA, SEPTEMBER COURT 1808
In the name of God amen, I TABITHA CALLICOT of the County of Amelia and the State of Virginia being of a sound mind and well disposed memory caling to mind the mortality of the Body do make this my last will and Testament Renouncing all others declaring this to be my last: In the following manner -
Item I give and bequeath all my estate both real and personal that I now am in possession of or ever hereafter may be Instilled unto my friend and brother in law FIELD MANN to him and his heirs forever and also do appoint him the said FIELD MANN my exor to this my will requesting that he should not be bound for to, give security or acting thereon neither do I wish my estate to be appraised. Given under my hand and Seal this fifteenth day of May Eighteen hundred and Six and signed in the presents of

At a Court held for Amelia County the 22nd day of September 1828
This last will and testament of TABITHA CALLICOT was exhibited into Court proven by the oaths of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be, recorded and on the motion of FIELD MANN the executor therein named who made oath thereto certificate is granted him for obtaining probate thereof in due form, without giving bond and security it being so directed by the testator.
