IN ThE NAME OF GOD, AMEN. I, TABITHA CALLICOTE, of the County of Amelia and State of Virginia, being
of a sound mind and well disposed memory, calling to mind the mortality of the body, do make this my last will
and testament denouncing all others and declaring this to be my last. In the following manner:

I give and bequeath all my estate, both real and personal, that I now am in possession of or ever hereafter may be entitled unto, to my friend and brother—in—law FIELD MANN to him and his heirs forever and also to appoint him, the said FIELD MANN my executor to this my will requesting that he should not be bound for to give security on acting thereon, Neither do I wish my estate be appraised.
