Can you tell me more about this hypothetical family tree? I'm fairly new to Ancestry.com and haven't heard about such a thing before. Why is it "hypothetical"?

As it turns out I'm heading to England in a couple of weeks for work and am hoping to head to the area west of Bradford where the Garth family is from to poke around a couple days on the weekend. I'm not doing any research, just driving by key family locations. Maybe I'll do the same for the Calverts now that I have some of this information.
