We have a Thomas Cam marrying a Mary in our family tree. However, I believe it was early 17th century. Their son also Thomas Cam married Sarsh Smith in Cambridge in 1760. Any possible connection?

John Cam b. abt 1796, Egham, Surrey, England and wife Mary (Young?). Looking for information regarding their parents. I believe they were not originally from this area.

Also interested in stories about their descendants, all seemingly in the Egham, Windsor, Winkfield areas. Descendants surnames were spelled either Cam or Camm.
