Our fathers (Manuel, Al, Joe,. John and Theodore Camara),
were born in Madeira Portugal between 1900-1910...ALL told their children the same story about being named after an orphanage. Since Uncle Joe has been "missing" since around 1935...I prefer to think that I might have some distant relative out there when I hear that someone else has been told the same "orphanage" story!!!
