Yes we are related.

Charles Camero (my great grandfather) was the son Jose Camero and Ana Luisa Arenas. Jose and Ana separated around 1898ish (I don't know the circumstances or details).

Ana Camero (nee Arenas) then married Manuel Ayala around 1899. They had five children; William, Elisio, Manuela, Fredrico, and Francesca (your grandmother).

Francesca Ayala married Leopold Ferras around 1929.
Which of course made her Francesca Ayala Ferras.
