My great-great grandparents were James Cameron and Catherine Howe from Fetteresso Kincardneshire Scotland. Their daughter, Elizabeth Cameron immigrated to the US and married my great-grandfather George Generous of Whitehall, NY. James and Catherine had seven children, Elizabeth (m. George Generous), Georgina (m. David Lamond), Peter (d. WWI), Nellie (m. Ed Bruce in Australia), James (who had 2 daughters), William (d. Australia), and John (1 son).
