I read your message. My mother was adopted when she was 3 years old but does not know much about her adoption. She does know that her last name was "Campoli" and she was the 7th child in the family. Her mother may have died in childbirth (1932)and her father could not care for her. Her birthdate is March 17,1932. My grandparents adopted her and lived in New York City or the Bronx. My mother's adoptive mother got rid of her adoption papers so there is very little I can find out about her birth parents or siblings if she has any that are still living. I don't know if there is any connection but when I saw your last name I thought I might give it a try. Do you know anything about your father's family?
