Lester, one of 12 children of Loren John CAPELS (b. abt. 1861, from Ireland? d. 1929, Syracuse, NY) and Mary Agnes Carroll (b. 1864 from Ireland, d. 1935), married Elizabeth EASTON FINDLAY (b. 2/25/1893 of Cumberanauld Co. Scotland, d. 9/1986 Syracuse NY) May 3, 1916 in Toronto, Canada. They had 7 children, of which my father, Frederick James of Syracuse, NY (b. 1925 d. 1988) was one.
