I have not been able to find much info about my grandparents except for the following. Giovanni came to America around 1910 from San Giorgio e miele Romagna. He was born in 1893. He settled in Bethlehem, PA where he worked in the steel mill. He married Raffaele. She came here in about 1913. By 1920 they had six children already. I think they were married shortly after her arrival. Altogether they had 10 children - the two oldest (James and Connie) were twins. There was also George, Mary, Margaret, Josephine, Frank, Danny, Louie, and Jane. They lived on the South Side - Mechanic Street. I think they went to Holy Rosary Church. Raffaele died in 1939. Family members always said her maiden name was D Angelo. But - I am not sure of that. Giovanni changed his name to John and he died in 1954. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
