Thomas A. Capp, 95, formerly of West View, died Friday, Aug. 26, 2011. He was the beloved husband of 71 years to Dorothy (Albert) Capp; father of Donna Lee Ball (Richard E.), of Ross Township, and Helen Jane Bender (George), of Butler; also survived by a sister, Mary Hackworth, of Ross Township; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Capp was preceded in death by seven brothers and sisters. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the McDONALD-LINN FUNERAL HOME INC., 529 California Ave., Avalon, where blessing services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday.
