I see that a Basilio "Frank" "Basil" Cappadona, born 29 Apr 1883 in Patti, Sicily, Italy married Antonietta ("Antonia", "Anna") Scaffina (born around 1889 in Italy with the location unknown) on 12 Oct 1907 in the St Francis Catholic Church of Hoboken, Hudson County, New Jersey.
Basilio Cappadona lists his father as Cajatano Cappadona and Febronia Monachella. St Francis must have been a largely Italian Church as it is very difficult to get accurate spellings of Italian given names and surnames. I have no evidence that either Cajatano Cappadona or Febronia Monachella [Cappadona], who became Febronia Cappadona by marriage (I am not sure if this is one of the two Febronia Cappadona females you mention in your message) made it to the United States; however, the spelling of Italian names of that era is so bad that I could be mistaken.
The parents of Antonietta Scaffina [Cappadona] who both appear to be born circ 1870 in Italy and who did make it to New Jersey are Gioacchino "Joachim" "Jack" Scaffina and Catarina "Catherine" Romao (or, possibly the surname Romeo; although, Romao appears to be more common than Romeo). The names of the parents of Antonietta Scaffina [Cappadona] are also gotten from the St Francis Catholic Church marriage records of Basilio Cappadona and Antonietta Scaffina [Cappadona].
Gioacchino "Joachim" "Jack" Scaffina and Catarina "Catherine" Romao (or, possibly Romeo) [Scaffina] arrived in New Jersey in 1906 from Italy already married and are recorded as living in Hoboken, New Jersey in the 1930 U.S. Federal Census report. They immigrated to New Jersey as did two of their children including Antonietta Scaffina (who married Basilio Cappadona of Patti, Italy) and Thomam "Thomas" Scaffina (born circa 1887 in Italy).
Thomam "Thomas" Scaffina married Teresiam "Teresa" Cavalli [Scaffina] on 12 Sep 1910 in St Francis Catholic Church in Hoboken, New Jersey and were living in the 1930 U.S. Federal Census in Hoboken, Hudson County, New Jersey. Their marriage records record the names of the parents of Teresiam "Teresa" Cavalli as Josephi Cavalli and Rosaliae Romita who as far as I can tell remained in Italy which may be an erroneous statement because of the always poor spellings of Italian name both in Italian by non-Italian Americans and anglecized by non-Italian Americans.
