Ty, hhmmmm well the Joe I actually posted to look for is a half brother. Not sure if he worked at the navy yard or not. But his name was also Joe Carbone. Was your Joe that you are looking for, mother's name Marie? This Joe would be in his 50's now. Not sure if we are looking for the same Joe, but good luck to you :)
