Surnames: Carbonell, Medina, Nunez (Cuba)
My father, Fabio Carbonell, was born in Oriente, and his parents relocated to Santiago. His mother's (my grandmother) maiden name was Medina, and her mother's maiden name was Nunez. If anyone knows anything about this lineage, please contact me. Very little is known about how the family made their living. To the best of our knowledge, they were migrant farmers and worked on Florida's orange farms.
