Zimri card is my gr grandfather, he lived in Tn., on Walden Ridge, he came from Va. to Tn. ca 1825. He died 1896, Bledsoe Co., Pikeville, Tn., he married Feb 1833 Catherine Shoemate, she died 1900. They had children, Abraham Bird, Joseph Alexander, Andrew Thomas, Catherine T. (m John Corder), Mary Adaline (m Cyrus Holt), Elizabeth Adalade (m Wm T. Rothwell), Deborah T ( never married), Nancy T (never married) Margaret Jane (m. William M. Anderson); all lived in Bledsoe Co., Tn, except Joseph Alexander and Andrew Thomas, they went to Texas after Civil War.

I have not been able to find Zimri Card's parents. Any help would be appreciated. I have found his name spelled, Zemri, Zimri, Zimry, Zemriah .
