My Gmother was Pearl Cardin Atherton b in late 1800s.
She married Everett Atherton, had the following children:
Everett, Clifton, Eva and Robert. She was a friend of
Robert Morris, founder of the Order of the Eastern Star,
and supported his work in the Louisville, Ky. area.
She died in the 1940s or 50s and lies buried in Cave Hill
Cemetery, Louisville.

I would appreciate any information about the Cardins of
Central Kentucky, Pearl Cardin Atherton, her connection
with Morris and/or the Eastern Star; or corroboration of
of these items. Thanks.
