Surnames: Carey,
It seems I'm descended of Mary Boleyn's son William Carey. Most believe he is the bastard child of King Henry VIII's affair with Mary (Anne's sister). Mary's husband was Sir William Carey - thus the "legal" father. So who do I put down as his father in Ancestry.com? Others seem to go half for the King and half for Carey? Any suggestions?
