I am searching for Charles Carlow, born England 1871, came to the US in 1882. Lived in and married in Adams, MA until about 1896. Two sons: Charles Arthur and Harold Frederick. Moved to Providence RI. Murdered a man and attempted to murder wife in 1917. Convicted and sent to prison for 3 years. No further info after his release from prison in 1920.
