Hello Dee Patterson:
I am Lonnie Joe Carlton, son of Clyde Carlton whose father was called/named Will Carlton. I have no records to verify this information. It is information passed verbaly. The Will I am addressing was a cowboy working for the Sparks Ranch located around Loco/Velma/Healdton/Wilson Oklahoma. My Dad, was ten months old when Will died. It has been told he had been breaking horses the day he died. My Dad's mother maiden name was Pearle Turpin. Dad was born September 10, 1900 in Indian Territory, OK. He was the only child. We have been told Will had three brothers. I know only one and his name was Tobb Carlton. Tobb had a son named Perry Carlton. Both are dead. They lived in the area of Bryan/College Station, Texas. This information is only verble. I hope you are able to find your "Will".
