TIPTON, Iowa - Stacey Lee Carmack, 39, of Tipton, passed away Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008, at her residence.
Service will be September 4, 3008, Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Burial will be at a later date in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home.
She was born Nov. 12 1968, in Valdosta, Ga., the daughter of Ronald and Sharon (Greer) Swailes. On Dec. 31, 1993, she was united in marriage to Toby Carmack.
She was employed at the Cedar Lanes Bowling Alley and the Tipton Elementary School.
She was a member of the Four Square Church in Tipton. She liked to bowl and loved spending time with her family.
She will be deeply missed by her husband; children, Krystal L. Carmack of Hampton, Ill., Jeremy P. (significant other Racheal) Carmack of Tipton, Kambra (Jake) L. Austin of Hampton, Ill., Angel N.L. (Jimmy) Carmack-Calloway of Hampton, Ill., and Trystey T.L. Carmack of Tipton; three grandchildren, Kameron Austin, Jordan VanHouten, and Conner Carmack; her father, of Letts; mother, of Rock Island, Ill.; two brothers, Timothy J. Johnson of Wilton and Ronnie Swailes of Muscatine; two sisters, Christine J. (Joseph) Hahn of Albuquerque, N.M., and Amy Swailes of Muscatine; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Joe Johnson, in infancy.
