Mr. and Mrs. CARMINE spent
the night at the Midland and will leave for Springfield today.

When Mr. CARMINE secured a license at the recorder's office at the court
house yesterday, he was accompanied by Dr. GEORGE in a carriage. It
was the first purpose of the young people to be married in the sleeping car
attached to last night's Memphis train and leave at once for Springfield. At
the last moment the plans were altered and the ceremony was performed here.
Mr. CARMINE is a well-known railroad man in Springfield.

=================================================
(I have no connection with these people but I'd appreciate
knowing if you found this posting helpful.)
=================================================

Go to the Jackson County, Missouri Message Board to see
deaths in the Kansas City, MO & Kansas City, KS areas.
When there:
Do an "Advanced Search" and enter the surname (all lower
case letters) on the "Find Messages Containing" line. To see
only my death listings, change "With Message Type" to Death.
(Caution: my most recent postings will not be searchable until
the computer base files are updated.)
=================================================
neirbo
Carmines in Baltimore

Looking for connection to James Carmine (b. abt 1825) and his wife Frances who had a son Joseph Christopher Carmine (b. abt 1857) who married Alice Mary (or Mary Alice) Fairman in Baltimore. Joseph and Mary Alice had a son named Arthur Leonard (b 1888) who married Elizabeth Zeller. Arthur definitely born in Baltimore, but not sure of birth location for Joseph. Cannot find any direct connection to the eastern shore Carmines, but would not doubt the possibility. Have four generations of data I would be willing to share.

Thanks for any help.

Bill Love

Samuel Carmine

I am searching for information on a Samuel Carmine who married Harriet McClennen Horn on September 15, 1869. They lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and are listed in the 1890 city directory for Philadelphia. They apparently had no children of their own, but Harriet had two small children by her first husband John Horn, who died at the Battle of Fredericksburg in 1862. There is virtually no information on Samuel Carmine that I have found. Any info would be most helpful.
