Happy to receive your reply. I spoke with one of my Great-Aunts in Fifth Ward and she remembers Temus, Human, Rita, and Frances very well. She also mentioned a Mil Carmouche, Oledas Carmouche, and Aledas Carmouche, if you know them? She indicated that she heard through the grapevine that Human was suffering from cancer. If that is indeed true, my prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. As for information on Lonil and Angelica, my Great-Aunt will try to locate the birth/death records for you. Please bear in mind that my Great-Aunt is in her mid-80s, so she might not be as quick and efficient as one would hope. By the way, in case you are wondering, my connection to the Carmouche family tree runs through my maternal bloodline. My grandmother was a Carmouche from Fifth Ward (Marksville, La.).
