Did he live in Matanzas, Cuba? My great g.m. was also a Carnot cousin to Sadi, Celia. I am wondering when and how the family ended up in Cuba? Last time my grandfa. had any contact was around the time of WWI with an uncle who lived in Paris.My grandfa. Gustavo , died many years ago. But I know that the uncle in Paris had no children.I don't know if any other family members are still in France.

Who was your grandfather and father, if you don't mind my asking? I'm looking for John and Josephine Carnot. They birthed my grandfather, Leo Carnot, in PA in 1896 and then disappeared. I'm looking for any trace of them.

Hello, I may have a bit of info on your name as I am doing simalr research on the same family name. Sadi Carnot was the president of France around 1870. There is much info on the name if you look in that direction. Hope this helps
