I am trying to find Heather Carns, and I have found myself at a dead end. I believe she was born about 1958, and had 4 daughters with Richard Hisakazu Crandall about 1976-1978. The last I heard, she was living in Florida when she got married and moved. I have heard that the last known place of residence was possibly in PA.

If anyone could help me with my search, I would greatly appreciate it!
