I am researching my G grandfather's family the Carolan's from Kilsallagh. John died in 1894 and was married in 1878 to Mary Walsh from Derra near Bellacorick. Mary's parents were Jack Walsh and Kate Conway. Mary died in 1943 and lived in a village called Uggool. I have no idea who my John's mother was. I do know that John's father was also a John and was born in 1805 circa in Co. Mayo. Mary and John had children by the names of Maria, Sara, Kate, Ann and sons Patrick, John, Michael, James and I believe Peter.
