James I see that you have some info on some Cart's around the Elk area. I would like to exchange some info with you. The info I have some of them lived around Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia. And I belive that A Carrie Cart lived there but see died in 1988. Please e-mail me thanks Diana.
