My wife is descended from Carts of Elkview area in Kanawha Co., WV. Just today we found the graves of Eli T. Cart, the last surviving confederate soldier in Kanawha Co., and his parents, John W. Cart and Delila Jarrett Cart. We would like to hear from other descendents, particularly of Eli.
