Lost daughter/sister Elaine CARTER 1985
I'm trying to locate the daughter of my brother Merton CARTER.He lost contact with her after her mother died in 1985.I think she was put into a foster home somewhere in Alameda Co.Her name is Elaine CARTER, I'm not sure if she changed it or is married now.She was born about 1970. Her father is very ill & I think that she should know. Her mother's name was Elaine also. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
